Simulate Agent with Butler

Opening Butler Agent Chat in Full View

• In the Butler Agent Chat interface, look at the top-right corner.

• Click on the expand icon to open the chat

Start a New Chat

• Click on New Chat in the left sidebar to initiate a fresh conversation with Butler.

Choose Chat Mode

There are two options:

• Production mode: Initiates jobs with graduated agents only Sandbox mode: Can initiate jobs with both graduated and sandbox agents

Begin Chat

• Once selected, active chat mode will be displayed under TODAY.

  • If selected Production mode, the icon appears as a solid chat bubble.

  • If selected Sandbox mode, the icon appears as a dashed outline bubble.
